Many home performance companies lose as much as 25 to 40% of their operation budget. Management skills are essential to assure that quality is built into all work processes and not bolt it on at the end. The absence of quality practices results in fighting fires, defects and inefficiencies. This session will focus on how to build quality into a work process rather than inspecting it in. Receive and learn how to use tools to calculate the cost of poor quality. We will also show processes and tools that will assure work will be done right the first time.
