In this session we will be taking a look at California's cap and trade program and discussing the multifamily Low Income Weatherization program (LIWP) that has been funded by it. I will talk about some of the programs features and some of the lessons we've learned over the last year and a half. I will also provide case studies for projects that have received incentives for energy efficiency improvements and PV installations

    1. Learn about the cap and trade funded multifamily low income weatherization program

    2. Discover some of the challenges of delivering a multifamily energy efficiency and solar program
