HPC Launches New Website
NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT:
Building Performance Association LAUNCHES NEW SITE
We are very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website. Visit us at www.building-performance.org. The site’s homepage features our branded, bright colors and an uncluttered design. The scrolling banners graphically highlightthe Association’s commitment to education, research, policy and legislation. We wanted to make the new website faster, easier to navigate, and user-friendly.
You’ll find our new site is divided into five main sections: Education & Events, Projects, Policy & Legislation, Partners and News & Resources. We shifted to a more balanced layout so our audience could easily navigate our site and locate the information they need.
As an alliance of like-minded organizations working to ensure all homes are healthy, comfortable and energy efficient, we wanted to give our audience the opportunity to know us better - who we are as an organization, and the leaders we partner alongside. The important relationship we have with our core partners is woven through the entire website, including a dedicated Partner tab highlighting Building Performance Institute, Efficiency First, Home Energy Magazine and Energy and Environmental Building Alliance. By browsing through our Who We Are sections, you’ll get a pretty good idea of who we are, what we do, and what others are saying about us.
It is important for us to provide accurate, up-to-date policy and project information and share our knowledge and expertise in the field. Our new site features an entire section where reports, white papers, press releases and newsletters are tagged and archived.
We list upcoming conferences, with bright and interactive action buttons for users to engage in a myriad of ways, such as Attend, Promote, Exhibit and Volunteer. We wanted to capture the significant value HPC conferences hold so we provide link-out’s for deeper dives into each conference’s agenda, exhibitor floor plans, presenter bio’s and more.
We worked hard to put together this website, rich in information, to be used as a resource. We pride ourselves on being a thought leader in the industry and look forward to hearing any feedback that you might have.
If you experience any problems using the new website or if you have any questions, please contact me at lflickinger@building-performance.org
