Join the Fight in Pennsylvania Against Cuts to Energy Efficiency Funding & Programs
Some Pennsylvania business groups are using the COVID crisis to petition the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission (PA PUC) to drastically cut funding for energy efficiency programs. A petition filed by the Industrial Energy Consumers of Pennsylvania (IECPA) seeks “emergency relief” to “suspend” or to shut down energy efficiency programs in Pennsylvania.
BPA and state allies are fighting against this job-crushing petition and BPA a response and also joined in on an Energy Efficiency Advocates Response.
We're asking our Pennsylvania members and allies to join this fight against drastic cuts by adding your name to the letter below. Your signature will help support energy efficiency programs in Pennsylvania and help make the case that these programs can drive post-COVID economic recovery by creating new jobs, activating skilled workforces, boosting economic activity, and delivering benefits for all ratepayers.
Please take action and sign your name to the letter. Together we can send PA PUC a message of support for energy efficiency programs in Pennsylvania.
