Melanie Paskevich of the Vermont Heat Squad highlighted their collaboration with the Rutland, VT Regional Medical Center that serves asthma patients upon their departure from the hospital. Mishel Filisha, a Project Director at NYSERDA described the $10 million NY Healthy Homes Value-Based Payment (VBP) Pilot – in which Medicaid providers will seek to improve patient care through home retrofits.
